Johann, aged 25, married Josephine Tesar ca 1875 at Kunas, Czechslovakia. Josephine was born 18 May/March 1852, Kunas Czeckoslovakia; died 25 Jul 1937; andwas buried at St Boniface Cemetery, Stuart, Holt Co, Nebraska, USA

NOTES:
At 25 years of age, he married Josephine Tesar of Kunas who was born on March 18,1852.

In 1877, they left Austria and boarded a ship on the French coast. After a month's sailing, they landed in New York and traveled to Platte County where they lived in a dugout near the Platte River. A sister of John's, Mrs Seberger also lived in Platte Co. She moved to Columbus where she lived the rest of her life. Most of John's other brothers and sisters also came to America.
